Senior Farewell

Along with baking, I also love to run! My dad ran in high school, my brothers are now running at Adelphi University, and I do Cross Country, Winter Track, and Spring Track, at my high school. This week was our “Senior Farewell” for winter track for me and the other seniors. It was very sad because I love my teammates and never want it to end, but it was a lot of fun as well.

For the party I made this cake. The medal and the shoe are made of fondant, and the cake itself is white cake with chocolate frosting on the inside, and vanilla frosting dyed blue on the outside.

Reese’s® Cheesecake

Do you like Reese’s®? Do you like cheesecake? If you answered yes to both these questions, then this is the dessert for you! Because…BAM! Look at that, I combined them. These are mini Reese’s® peanut butter cheesecakes. They are nice bite sized cheesecakes that are just the right amount to satisfy someone, but of course, will still leave them wanting more.

They were described as “sinfully good.” 😉 reeses cheesecakes

Nutella® Oreo® Cupcakes

These are a new cupcake that I just made that I call “Nutella® Oreo® Surprise!” The batter is actually made unlike any other cupcake batter I’ve made before, because Nutella® is used as the main ingredient, giving it a nice light fluffy taste. My friends and families mouths were melting over these ones, as was mine. 🙂nutella oreo
